1. Registration and Check-In. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. AZ MST. Upon arrival, check-in and registration at the Bahia Delfin office is required. Key to the condo will be provided by the office personnel. Early check-ins are not available. The office is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. AZ MST.

2. Check-out. Check-out is required at the Bahia Delfin Office by 11:00 a.m. AZ MST., at which time you will return the key. If your departure is scheduled before 8:00 a.m., you can check-out with the office personnel during office hours the day prior, and then return the key to the front gate security staff when you leave. Late check-outs are not available.

3. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to ten (10) persons in Unit 219 and eight (8) persons in Unit 119. This includes children and babies.

4. We will not rent to persons under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

5. Parking. In order to maintain security, parking registration must be done in the Bahia Delfin office upon arrival. Each unit is allowed one parking space. There is additional parking outside the front gates.

6. This is a Non-Smoking condo

7. Pets are not permitted in rental condos under any conditions.

8. Pool Hours 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.: Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the pool. Glass containers are not allowed around the pool or in the palapa area.

9. Quiet Time 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.: No loud music, noise, or talking within the condos or on the beach will be tolerated from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Excessive noise or behaving in a manner which disrupts others will be considered disturbing the peace. Violations after hours should be reported to night security.

10. Private Property: All units in Bahia Delfin are privately owned. All equipment on patios and on the beach at Bahia Delfin (i.e. tents, chairs, toys, kayaks, etc.) are personally owned by an owner or guest at Bahia Delfin. They are not for public use. We kindly ask for cooperation in respecting the property of others and use your own equipment or equipment provided within your rental.

11. Cleaning Fee. A one time cleaning fee ($35 USD #119; $45 USD #219) is added to your rental rate paid to Dolphin Bay Condos, LLC.

12. No Daily Maid Service. While linens and bath towels are provided in the condo, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. It is available at an additional rate paid to the on-site Bahia Delfin office. We suggest you bring extra beach towels.

13. Cancellations. A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation, with no penalty. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. The deposit (not including damage deposit) will be forfeited for cancellations that are made less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date unless the condo is otherwise rented for the reserved dates, then full payment will be refunded.

14. Damage Deposit. A refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is required. The damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

a. No damage done to condo or its contents
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher
d. Condo key is returned to the onsite office (or front security staff if office closed) and unit is left locked
e. No linens or towels are lost or damaged
f. No early check-in or late check-out
g. The renter is not evicted or fined by owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Bahia Delfin
h. Registration and checkout were timely completed at the local office.

15. Payment. An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental revenue is required to confirm your reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rental payment. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier's checks or personal checks payable to Dolphin Bay Condos, LLC. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of the rent, damage deposit and cleaning fee (second payment) is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. All payments should be mailed to:

16. Written Exceptions. Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
