1. Check-In Time is after 4:00 p.m. AZ MST and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. AZ MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs.
2. This is a Non-Smoking condo.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental condos under any conditions.
4. We will not rent to persons under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. Damage Deposit. A damage deposit of $200 is required. This is added to your second payment and must be received within 30 days of your arrival date. The damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage done to condo or its contents.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services
rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are
placed in the dishwasher.
d. All keys are returned to the onsite office and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens or towels are lost or damaged.
g. No early check-in or late check-out.
h. The renter is not evicted by owner (or representative of the owner), the local law
enforcement, or the security company employed by Bahia Delfin.
6. Payment. An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental revenue is required to confirm your reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rental payment. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks or personal checks payable to Dolphin Bay Condos, LLC. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of the rent and damage deposit (second payment) is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. All payments should be mailed to:

7. Cancellations. A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation, with no penalty. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the confirmation (25%) deposit and (75%) balance, with one exception: if the condo is otherwise rented for the reserved dates, payments in full will be refunded.
8. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to ten (10) persons in Unit 219 and eight (8) persons in Unit 119.
9. On-Site Management Fees/Cleaning Fee. Upon arrival, check-in and registration at the Bahia Delfin Office is required. The office is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays (AZ MST). Key to the condo will be provided by the office personnel. After hours, see front gate security personnel for check-in, key and registration. Final payment of a $10.00 USD/night management fee and one time cleaning fee ($30 USD - #119; $40 USD - #219) is paid directly to the Bahia Delfin Office personnel.
10. No Daily Maid Service. While linens and bath towels are provided in the condo, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. It is available at an additional rate paid to the on-site Bahia Delfin office. We suggest you bring extra beach towels.
11. Written Exceptions. Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
12. Parking. In order to maintain security, parking registration must be done in the Bahia Delfin office upon arrival.
